I founded HomeTek Inspections after a successful career as a Program Liaison, where I specialized in bridge-building and complex coordination. While I hold a Master’s Degree, my transition into the inspection industry was driven by a passion for property architecture and a genuine desire to help homeowners and buyers throughout Tampa Bay and the surrounding counties navigate one of the most important purchases of their lives.
I bring a well-rounded, professional perspective to every inspection, combining my role as a Florida Licensed Home Inspector with advanced technical credentials. As an FAA-certified drone pilot and Certified Commercial Inspector, I utilize modern inspection tools—including certified thermography—to help identify concealed conditions such as moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and potential electrical concerns that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection.

I first met Stefan during his time as a Program Liaison, and I always found him to be insightful, professionalism, and approachable by nature. When he invited me to join the HomeTek Inspections team, it was an easy decision. His commitment to excellence and integrity closely aligns with my own dedication to providing high-level service to the real estate and investment community.
I split my time between Georgia and Tampa, Florida, which allows me to bring a broad perspective and flexible availability to my role. For me, it’s about creating clear communication, seamless coordination.
